Vellulli Karam Podi | Pungent & Spicy Garlic 'Gunpowder'

This podi is a bold, unapologetic celebration of garlic (Vellulli). We roast heaps of fresh garlic and blend it with red chillies and lentils to create a powder that is intensely aromatic and pungent. It's fantastic with idli and dosa, but its true magic is when sprinkled over hot rice or even on top of a simple vegetable stir-fry.
